If
you have a complaint on an institution under our jurisdiction, you may file
that complaint by completing the Complaint Form. If the institution is
one that we regulate, we will let you know within seven business days what
action we are taking regarding the complaint. If the institution is
not one that we regulate, we will forward your complaint to the appropriate
agency or return it to you, indicating who the complaint should be filed
with, within the same seven business days. The complaint form is in
both Microsoft Word and PDF format. If you have Microsoft Word, you
can download the document, fill it in, and email it back to
Eva Rees
electronically.
